The not so very small print

Terms & Conditions: Referral rewards are paid for new customers only. The referral must be submitted via this form prior to the customer booking their appointment. Rewards are issued only after the project is completed and paid in full. Referrals expire 90 days after submission if no service is booked. You are responsible for any applicable taxes on referral income.
