What Is Covered ($0 Labor Cost) vs. Routine Maintenance

To ensure total clarity and eliminate fine-print surprises, The Guard Guarantee explicitly defines what is covered under our policy:

What Is Covered ($0 Cost to You): Installation adjustments, component slippage, calibration tweaks, or hardware failures directly resulting from craftsmanship within your active guarantee period (6 months for repairs, 1 year for new installations).
What Is Not Covered: Normal wear and tear over time, lack of routine lubrication, physical damage or impact, home structural settling, or the failure of pre-existing components not replaced during our initial service call.
